Pursuant to Arts. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter Regulation), Albergo Celide Srl, as Data Controller, hereby informs you that for the establishment and execution of the contract relationships in progress, is currently in possession of or may be subsequently become acquainted with information that concerns you.
- Types of data processed
The following personal data may be processed: personal data, fiscal data, contact details, bank details, credit card details, list of services and products requested, date of arrival and departure, as well as other administrative or commercial data necessary for the purposes indicated below.
- Purposes of processing and legal basis
The data will be processed for the following purposes:
to manage your stay in our hotel during the performance of the hotel reception service;
to provide ancillary services, as well as those expressly requested by you such as access to the wellness area and the laundry service;
to fulfill legal, accounting and administrative obligations.
For the aforementioned purposes, the legal basis of the processing consists of the execution of the contract of which you are a party and the need to fulfill the obligations established by the regulations in force (by way of example, article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of 18.06.931 in the realm of public security as subsequently amended, relating to the obligation to inform the Questura (Italian Police Headquarters) of the personal details of the clients accommodated).
- Provision of data
The provision of the requested information is mandatory to fulfill the legal and contractual obligations mentioned above, therefore any refusal to supply them would make it impossible for the Hotel to execute the contract or to correctly perform all the obligations required by current regulations.
- Storage period
The data will be collected and stored for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above and in any case not beyond the storage period established by law.
- Recipients of personal data
The personal data will be processed by staff duly instructed and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.
Some of the information may also be communicated to the following subjects:
- Public bodies (public security authorities, tax offices and other bodies);
- Legal or consulting offices to which the Controller has given a specific mandate;
- Computer assistance and maintenance companies or IT storage system providers;
- Other subjects or companies that perform activities instrumental to the purposes indicated above.

- Rights of the data subject
We also inform you that, with regard to the above–mentioned data, you can exercise the rights provided for by Chapter III of the Regulation at any time. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning you, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device; to withdraw any consent given in regards to the processing of your data and to wholly or partially oppose their use, in whole or in part; and to exercise the other rights acknowledged by applicable legislation. Pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
